  • Monitor project performance, including response rates, data quality, operational effectiveness, and progress against objectives, implementing corrective actions where needed.

  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address implementation challenges to support successful delivery.

  • Manage project teams, employees, and subcontractors, promoting accountability, collaboration, professional development, and effective onboarding.

  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with federal contract requirements and reporting standards.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for follow-on work and expanded services, and collaborate with leadership on business development and proposal activities.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree with at least 11 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with the required relevant professional experience. • Relevant experience in a consulting organization, healthcare-related government entity, or large integrated healthcare delivery system.

    • Demonstrated experience using project management methodologies, tools, and practices to manage complex initiatives.

    • Familiarity with consulting approaches such as change management, process improvement, human-centered design, market and environmental analysis, and qualitative or quantitative research.

    • Ability to independently facilitate working sessions with diverse stakeholder groups and build alignment across clinical, operational, and executive audiences.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into accessible recommendations and produce business cases, operational manuals, presentations, and communication materials.

    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

    • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high-quality deliverables.

    • Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the country indefinitely without employer sponsorship.

    • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
