Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Medical Allied Courses) - Cebu
We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing account in Cebu. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Completed at least 3rd year in BS Nursing + No experience required
- Medical Allied Course Graduates + 6 months BPO experience
- Amenable to work on Graveyard shift and shifting schedule
- Willing to work fully onsite
- Salary Package: 19K to 28K basic pay + 7000 allowances
