Are you a passionate allied health professional ready to step beyond clinical practice and drive large-scale healthcare, technology, and digitalization initiatives?
We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Project & Clinical Lead to work hand-in-hand with our Group Healthcare team. In this role, you will bridge clinical excellence with cutting-edge technology—spearheading rehabilitation-focused clinical projects, digital transformation workplans, and strategic healthcare partnerships.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with internal teams, IT experts, and external vendors to design and execute clinical (especially rehabilitation-focused) and non-clinical projects.
Plan and oversee internal and collaborative research projects from conception through to completion.
Support clinicians in developing rehab-focused SOPs, digitalisation workplans, and high-impact presentation materials for tender projects.
Draft clear SOPs, monitor milestones, manage timelines, and proactively flag challenges to keep projects on track.
Support new healthcare partnerships that expand the Group’s clinical and technological footprint.
What We Are Looking For:
Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
Min 5 years of relevant experience as an allied health professional in public healthcare, with active involvement in population health-supporting research, partnerships, and innovation.
Demonstrated strength in project management, stakeholder engagement, grant/research proposal writing, and presentation development.
A strong passion for healthcare technology and digitalization, paired with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
