- Work with engineering teams to ensure the client's property is maintained effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate new tenant onboarding, respond to tenant requests, and maintain accurate contact databases for all occupants and vendors.
- Process vendor invoices and prepare essential documentation for outgoing recoveries and financial reconciliations.
- Collect, input, and export real estate metrics to maintain the integrity of the organization's system of record.
- Manage cross-departmental information requests to prepare accurate management reports, while fostering professional relationships with external vendors, brokers, and consultants.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
