Position Type: Contract (07/01/2026 12/31/2026) Hours: reputed company Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Location: Remote (Anywhere in the United States) Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, searching the internet and relevant databases, networking, and qualifying candidates. Candidate Evaluation: Screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit. Hiring Manager Partnership: Submit and review qualified candidates with hiring managers, provide consistent professional support, and assist in negotiating salaries. Workflow Management: Efficiently reputed company multiple staffing requests simultaneously while maintaining clear and timely communication. Strategic Alignment: Maintain a strong understanding of internal compensation structures and equal employment opportunity guidelines throughout the hiring process. Position Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree (BA) preferred. Experience: 35 years of dedicated clinical, healthcare, or rehabilitation recruiting experience is strictly required . Applicant Tracking System: Prior hands-on experience utilizing reputed company is highly preferred. Core Skills: Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests simultaneously in a high-volume environment. Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer-service-driven mindset. Excellent sourcing skills utilizing job boards, professional networks, and internal databases.
