Summary
Assist pharmacists with medication prep, handle patient registration and inquiries, manage inventory, and perform administrative tasks in a clinic or pharmacy.
We are looking for motivated individuals to support day-to-day operations in a healthcare setting. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing preparations (labelling, packing, sorting medications)
- Provide frontline patient service, including registration, queue management, and enquiry handling
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and updating patient records
- Manage inventory: stock-taking, replenishment, and storage of medical supplies
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Support the smooth workflow of the pharmacy or clinic operations
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver quality service to patients
Requirements:
Minimum GCE A Levels / Diploma
No experience required; training will be provided
