About the Client & Role
Our client is a midlife women’s health and wellness company focused on supporting women through a compassionate, personalized, and patient-centered care experience. They are looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Healthcare Sales Development Representative to support business development, lead generation, prospect research, outreach, partnership coordination, follow-ups, and administrative operations.
This role is ideal for someone with healthcare, wellness, sales, or business development experience who is comfortable conducting research, reaching out to prospective partners or leads, managing follow-ups, and supporting the full sales and partnership workflow. The right candidate should be detail-oriented, confident in written and verbal communication, organized with tracking and documentation, and able to help ensure leads, partnerships, contracts, and administrative tasks are followed through until completion.
Responsibilities
Sales, Outreach & Business Development
- Research and identify potential leads, referral partners, clinics, providers, wellness professionals, and business partners.
- Conduct cold and warm outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.
- Follow up with leads and prospects consistently to move conversations forward.
- Support partnership outreach and relationship-building with healthcare, wellness, and women’s health contacts.
- Maintain organized lead lists, outreach trackers, and pipeline updates.
Lead Tracking, Follow-Ups & Loop Closure
- Track lead status, next steps, pending responses, and follow-up dates.
- Ensure all leads are properly followed through until they are converted, closed, or marked for future follow-up.
- Schedule meetings, send reminders, and coordinate next steps after outreach or partnership conversations.
- Provide simple updates on lead activity, outreach progress, and pending action items.
Administrative, Contract & Expense Support
- Assist with contract execution, document coordination, signature follow-ups, and file organization.
- Track expenses, receipts, and basic business costs using Google Sheets or similar tools.
- Support calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Help organize business development files, reports, templates, and workflow documents.

Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Sales or Business Development Experience: Required. Candidates must have experience with lead generation, prospect research, outreach, follow-ups, sales support, business development, or partnership coordination.
- Lead Generation & Prospect Research Experience: Required. Candidates must be comfortable researching potential leads, identifying relevant contacts, gathering accurate information, and organizing lead lists.
- Cold/Warm Outreach Experience: Required. Candidates must have experience conducting outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or similar communication channels.
- Follow-Up & Pipeline Tracking Experience: Required. Candidates must be able to track leads, manage next steps, follow up consistently, and ensure conversations do not fall through the cracks.
- Administrative Support Experience: Required. Candidates must have experience supporting administrative tasks such as calendar coordination, document organization, data entry, reporting, tracking, or workflow management.
- Healthcare, Wellness, or Women’s Health Experience: Preferred. Experience supporting healthcare, wellness, women’s health, clinics, providers, or health-related businesses is highly valuable.
- Partnership Outreach Experience: Preferred. Experience reaching out to providers, clinics, organizations, referral partners, or business partners is a strong plus.
- Contract & Document Coordination Experience: Preferred. Experience helping with contract execution, tracking signatures, organizing agreements, or following up on pending documents is helpful.
- Expense Tracking Experience: Preferred. Candidates should be comfortable using spreadsheets or similar tools to track expenses, receipts, or basic business costs.
- Technology Experience: Required. Candidates must be comfortable learning and using new tools, trackers, CRM systems, spreadsheets, communication platforms, and business development workflows.
Basic Requirements
