Position Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring for the Healthcare Sales Lead / Outreach Specialist role on behalf of its client, a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) provider. The Outreach Specialist is responsible for enrolling prospective participants into the PACE program through outreach, community engagement and referral source development. Spanish fluency is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute outreach, PR and community engagement activities to meet monthly referral, home visit and enrollment goals.
  
• Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with community organizations in a manner that reflects the program's mission and value proposition.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners, including physicians, hospital discharge planners, post-acute facilities and other referral sources.
  
• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan with the outreach director; educate referral sources about program services.
  
• Comply with all rules on allowable and prohibited marketing practices.
  
• Complete required documentation and reports in Salesforce, Athena and the MS Office suite.
  

Required Qualifications

• Spanish speaker (required).
  
• Business-to-consumer sales experience.
  
• Willingness to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends and overtime.
  

Compensation: Base salary of $75,000 plus commission.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
