We are seeking a clinically experienced and customer-oriented Healthcare Technology Specialist to provide application support, clinical training, and imaging expertise for advanced diagnostic solutions. The role focuses on supporting healthcare professionals in the effective use of imaging technologies through product demonstrations, workflow guidance, user education, and continuous clinical engagement.

The successful candidate will serve as a key link between clinical users, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience, support technology adoption, and ensure imaging solutions are effectively implemented within healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Application & User Support

Conduct clinical demonstrations and showcase imaging solutions to healthcare professionals during customer visits, evaluations, training sessions, and educational activities.

Provide comprehensive user training covering system operation, clinical workflows, imaging techniques, and recommended practices to ensure effective system utilization.

Support customer evaluations, clinical assessments, and implementation activities for new imaging technologies and applications.

Provide clinical guidance to users on optimizing examination techniques, workflow processes, and imaging performance across various healthcare applications.

Develop and share application knowledge, clinical insights, and best practices to improve user confidence and system adoption.

Customer Engagement & Clinical Relationship Management

Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clinicians, sonographers, healthcare institutions, and key clinical stakeholders.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate clinical recommendations to support workflow improvement and better utilization of imaging solutions.

Act as a clinical point of contact to address application-related enquiries and provide ongoing support to end-users.

Gather customer feedback, clinical cases, application experiences, and relevant materials to support training resources, product initiatives, and promotional activities.

Support the development of strong partnerships with key users and clinical opinion leaders within the healthcare community.

Commercial & Cross-Functional Support

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business teams to support product demonstrations, clinical workshops, seminars, conferences, and healthcare exhibitions.

Assist in preparing clinical presentations, training materials, demonstration content, and supporting documents for customer engagement activities.

Provide clinical expertise during customer discussions, solution evaluations, and technology introduction activities.

Support regional customer visits, professional events, and educational programs as required.

Provide feedback and insights from clinical users to support continuous improvement of products, services, and customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Imaging, Diagnostic Radiography, Digital Radiography, Sonography, or a related healthcare discipline.

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working as a Sonographer or within a diagnostic imaging environment.

Strong knowledge and practical experience in ultrasound imaging applications, including General Imaging, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Musculoskeletal, and Vascular examinations.

Experience with diagnostic imaging systems, clinical application support, or healthcare technology solutions will be an advantage.

Previous exposure to user training, product demonstrations, clinical education, or customer-facing activities is preferred.

Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer engagement activities.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including preparation of presentations, reports, and training materials.
