Heat Pump Expert Engineer

• Support to build up Heat Pump service network.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure the implementation of the service end of the heat pump product launching stage, including technical training, spare parts reserve, etc.
• For heat pump difficult technical problems, give regional service team support and solutions.
• Responsible for the collation of heat pump product quality issues, tracking and solution implementation, to promote the improvement and enhancement of quality issues.
• By collecting daily heat pump technical problems, continuously summarise and update the knowledge base and training materials.
• HP installation quality check and monitoring.

What makes us successful together

• More than 5 years working experience, thermal engineering related majors, bachelor’s degree or above, heat pump, boiler and other related technical support work experience is preferred.
• Skilled in the use of office software, with strong programme writing skills.
• Good at learning, strong learning ability for new technology and new products.
• Proactive work, good communication and coordination skills, with some project management skills.
