We are seeking dependable, hardworking Heavy Equipment Operators (HEO) to join our frac sand operations team in Kermit, Texas.

These are physically demanding positions in a fast-paced industrial environment. The work is performed outdoors in the Permian Basin desert and requires individuals who are comfortable working long hours in heat, dust, wind, and changing weather conditions while maintaining a strong focus on safety and production.

We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic who take pride in reliability, accountability, and working as part of a team. Candidates with backgrounds in frac sand, mining, construction, agriculture, ranching, oilfield, trucking, heavy labor, or other outdoor industrial environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating loaders, skid steers, offroad forklifts, and other heavy equipment used in sand processing operations
• Feeding the dry plant and maintaining material flow through dryers, screens, and conveyors
• Monitoring plant conditions and supporting production operations
• Assisting maintenance personnel with inspections and minor repairs
• Performing housekeeping and maintaining safe working conditions throughout the plant
• Working in elevated temperatures, dusty conditions, and physically demanding environments
• Safely operate heavy equipment within site and manufacturer guidelines
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety checks
• Report mechanical issues and safety concerns promptly
• Follow all MSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Complete required shift reports and operational paperwork
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Support plant housekeeping and operational reliability efforts
