The Heavy Machine Operator will operate CNC/VMC machines for large components, ensuring precision machining and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC/VMC machines for heavy components (3000–5000 width)
- Perform machine setup and tool adjustments
- Ensure quality output as per drawings
- Maintain machine safety and operational standards
Requirements
- Type of machine CNC, VMC, Double column VMC , VTL , HBM ,HMC.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field
- Experience in heavy machining operations
- Ability to handle large-size components (3000–5000 width)
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and safety
