The company is a well-established Australian-owned and operated firm that possesses a large inventory of small to medium-sized lifting equipment and machines for the construction and mining industries. They have big plans for expansion and are looking at building a state of the art facility. Being that they are committed to offering great services; and while providing tailored solutions for their dependable equipment, they have seen an increased demand for their services. This increasing demand has resulted in a need for Heavy Rigid (HR) or Truck Driver.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Driving near new 14T and tilt tray vehicles
- Assisting with equipment deliveries and pick ups
- Effective coordination with the team to ensure deliveries are made on time
- Maintain attention to detail and safety
The Ideal Candidate…
Due to this position placing a significant priority on customer service, your ability to communicate with clients effectively and in a professional manner is essential. The successful applicant will need to be:
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Experienced in access or equipment moving transportation
- Well organised, reliable and work under pressure
- Mechanically minded (an advantage)
