The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.

-Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, validate, and load healthcare data from multiple source systems.
-Perform data mapping, profiling, reconciliation, and data quality validations.
-Develop optimized SQL and Python-based solutions for large-scale data processing.
-Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow to support scalable healthcare data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
-Support HEDIS data integration activities across claims, enrollment, provider, pharmacy, and supplemental data sources.
-Troubleshoot ETL failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
-Collaborate with business, analytics, reporting, and quality teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

-3-5 years of hands-on experience in ETL/Data Engineering.
-Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, GCP and ETL development.
-Knowledge of HEDIS measures, NCQA guidelines, HEDIS data ingestion, or HEDIS reporting processes is preferred.
-Experience working with large healthcare datasets including claims, membership, provider, and clinical data.
-Experience in healthcare data warehousing, data transformation, and data quality validation.
-Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP BigQuery is preferred.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
