Help Desk Technician (Entry Level)

We are currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Entry Level Helpdesk Technician to join our team. Are you the person that family asks for help with technology? Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Support end users that are running modern operating systems and software packages

• Responsible for the organization and inventory of IT-related equipment

• Assist with compliance audits and tracking

• Assist with a variety of IT projects, as needed

• Data Entry tasks within our LOB application ERP system

• Creating new user accounts and decommissioning users as needed

• PC setups and deployments

• Onsite visits to our remote locations

• Maintaining and managing printers and toner levels

• Review windows and systems updates
