What Can You Expect to Be Doing as a Helpdesk Agent with Spanish & English:
- Call customers to support them in registering their accounts on online platforms and using certain devices;
- Maintain contact with customers during the market research studies in which they participate;
- Use a concise and polite way of addressing, respecting the point of view of each interlocutor;
- Introduce, validate, and process data in accordance with the established norms;
- Perform data control in order to identify and correct errors.
The Helpdesk Agent with Spanish & English job might be a good fit for you if you have:
- Advanced Spanish & English level;
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to understand the client's needs and actively listen;
- Analysis and synthesis skills;
- Night shift availability required.
