Helpdesk and IT Support Technician
Location: Kedron, North Brisbane

We're looking for an enthusiastic Helpdesk and IT Support Technician to join our growing team based in Kedron, Brisbane. With clients located across Australia, this role is perfect for someone eager to learn on the job, expand their IT skills, and build a strong career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

  • Manage, monitor, and update support tickets.

  • Monitor and manage client backup systems.

  • Build, troubleshoot, and deploy IT hardware.

  • Perform onsite hardware and software installations and troubleshooting.

  • Undertake onsite client work on rare occasions only as required.

  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (creation, removal, maintenance).

  • Administer Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Receive and manage stock within the warehouse.

  • Coordinate freight and dispatch to customers and clients.

  • Support and collaborate with senior technicians across various projects.

  • Certificate IV in Information Technology Networking (preferred).

  • Diploma in Information Technology (preferred).

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Windows Desktop and Server support.

  • Microsoft 365 administration.

  • Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint support.

  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager experience.

  • Networking skills and troubleshooting.

  • Prior helpdesk or IT support experience.

  • Current Queensland Driver's License and access to own transport.

Additional Information:

  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check.

  • The cost of the Police Check will be covered by us.

  • Australian citizenship is required for this position.
