Helpdesk Coordinator

Role
Do you love helping people solve their problems?
As a Helpdesk Executive at Team Everest, you will be the first point
of contact for stakeholders. You will respond to their questions,
troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get timely solutions through
chats and when required on calls.
Think of yourself as the voice of Team Everest, guiding and
supporting our stakeholders with clarity and compassion.
You will guide and support our stakeholders with clarity and
compassion in everything you do.

What You Will Do?
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries through email, phone, and
ticketing systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to our
programs and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions for stakeholders.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department
when needed.
- Document and maintain records of stakeholder interactions and resolutions.
- Follow standard helpdesk procedures and ensure compliance with policies.
- Stay updated on our programs, services, and policies to
provide accurate support.
- Support during weekends or holidays on a rotational basis, if required.

Education: Any Graduate
Skills
required for Job:
- Strong command of English.
- Fluency in Hindi Speaking, Reading.
- Organizational Skills: You should know how to plan well
and handle queries with a cool head.
- Computer Skills: You should know basic computer skills
like using MS Office.
- Work Ethic: You should be someone who loves to learn,
works hard, and can do tasks independently & with a team.

Other Information
- Scope: Full-time
- Probationary Period: 3 months
- Commitment: We expect you to work with us for at least 2 years. No formal agreements, we work on trust!
- Designation: As per your experience
- Regular Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Flexible Working: Flexibility with working hours is expected when required. If work extends beyond regular hours, employees can opt to work from home.
- Working Days: 24 working days a month with 2nd, 4th, and 5th Saturdays and Sundays as non-working days. Some weekend or holiday support will be required on a rotational basis.
- Office Address: Work from our Chennai office.
