仕事内容

We are looking for bilingual (Japanese–English) Deskside Support Engineers who are motivated to grow their careers in IT.
We welcome applicants from entry-level to senior professionals.
Career advancement opportunities are available toward roles such as Infrastructure Engineer or Network Engineer.

Set up, image, and troubleshoot PCs (Windows 10/11); manage Active Directory; diagnose hardware (PCs, printers, mobile devices)

VPN setup (Cisco AnyConnect), Wi-Fi troubleshooting, mobile device setup (iOS/Android), Microsoft Intune and AirWatch deployment
Support Office Suite, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom

Handle requests in ServiceNow/ITSM, manage inventory, prepare reports, and coordinate hardware shipments
