RESPONSIBILITIES
Join us as a Full Time Helpdesk Specialist! You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance for multifunction printers and related devices, via calls, chats and e-mails! (no sales involved!). You will attend in French and English.
WHAT WE OFFER
·Permanent contract.
·Monday to Friday job position!
·Full-time position, with a fixed split schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
·Annual gross salary (39h/week): €19,623.91, plus a monthly productivity and quality bonus of up to €160 gross (up to €1,920 gross per year).
·Two weeks of training at the Barcelona work centre, scheduled to begin on 14thSeptember. Official start of the role: immediate, after the training.

REQUIREMENTS
·Valid Spanish NIE and Social Security Number.
·Currently living in Barcelona.
·Immediate availability to start.
