Role Overview
分揀中心經理負責 Sub-HUB 分揀中心內包裹進貨量的安全、準確及高效率處理（分揀與暫存作業）。此職位的主要任務是確保貨量經過正確分揀、備貨及裝載，並能準時運送至最後一哩配送站（CAMP）。
What You Will Do
1. 貨量處理與流程執行（Volume Flow Execution） 管理幹線運輸（Linehaul）進貨收貨流程。 確保包裹能迅速且準確地分揀至對應的出貨車輛。 確保所有貨件正確送往指定的 CAMP 配送站。
2. 人力規劃與團隊管理（Labor Planning & Supervision） 根據每日貨量需求制定並執行人力配置計畫。 管理分揀作業人員的排班與輪班安排。 處理請假申請及出勤管理。 提供績效輔導與團隊管理。
3. 安全與品質管理（Safety & Quality） 維持月台（Dock）及分揀作業區域的安全工作環境。 監督品質檢查流程。 降低分揀錯誤率，避免影響後端配送與客戶體驗。
4. 幹線運輸管理（Linehaul Oversight） 確保所有出貨車輛依照既定時程正確裝載。 監督車輛依據 On-Time Departure（準時發車）計畫與 Critical Pull Times（CPT）準時離站。
5. 庫存控管（Inventory Control） 管理與追蹤 Sub-HUB 內部包裹流向。 處理包裹異常及相關營運問題。 確保庫存與系統資訊準確一致。
Basic Qualifications
1. 營運管理經驗（Operational Experience） 具備 5 年以上倉儲、物流轉運中心（Hub）或分揀中心（Sortation Center）的管理或督導經驗。
2. 人員與勞動力管理（People & Labor Management） 具備依據貨量需求制定輪班計畫的經驗。 曾負責員工排班管理。 具備績效管理與人員輔導經驗。
3. 幹線運輸與出貨管理（Linehaul & Dispatch Operations） 具備以下實務經驗： 進貨收貨作業（Inbound Receiving） 月台作業（Dock Operations） 包裹暫存與集貨（Package Staging） 達成 CPT（Critical Pull Times）及準時出車目標
4. 安全與品質標準管理（Safety & Quality Standards） 具備執行及落實物流現場安全規範的經驗。 曾負責品質管理措施以降低分揀錯誤率。
5. 庫存管理（Inventory Control） 熟悉包裹追蹤系統操作。 具備內部貨物流管理經驗。 能處理營運異常與問題排除。 6. 學歷要求（Education） 高中職畢業或同等學歷以上。
Preferred Qualifications
1. 學歷背景（Education） 供應鏈管理、物流管理、企業管理或相關營運領域之學士或碩士學位。
2. 物流網絡知識（Logistics Network Knowledge） 具備以下領域相關經驗尤佳： 中程物流分揀中心（Middle-Mile Sort Center） Hub-and-Spoke 物流網絡模式 最後一哩配送站（Last-Mile Delivery Station／CAMP）
3. 流程改善能力（Process Improvement） 具備以下方法論的實務經驗或認證： Lean（精實管理） Six Sigma（六標準差） 持續改善（Continuous Improvement）
4. 數據與系統能力（Data & Systems Proficiency） 熟悉倉儲管理系統（WMS）。 熟悉人力規劃軟體。 具備數據分析能力，能進行貨量預測與營運分析。
