Helper

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Helper to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support various on-site tasks, ensuring smooth operation and safety within busy construction environments. Responsibilities: - Assist skilled workers with various tasks to ensure timely completion of projects. - Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and organizing materials. - Load and unload construction materials and tools as required. - Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision. - Follow safety standards and protocols to maintain a secure work environment. - Support team members in daily activities to facilitate efficient workflow. - Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.

- Prior experience in construction or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory. - Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. - Basic understanding of construction site safety and a commitment to following safety guidelines. - Good communication skills and a positive, cooperative attitude. - Ability to work effectively within a team and under supervisor direction. - Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required. - Valid work authorization for UAE, specifically Dubai.
