Hematology Equipment National Sales Manager (Analyzers)

Hematology Analyzers Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth across the country through effective distributor management, strategic market development, and strong engagement with public and private hospitals

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to increase market penetration of hematology diagnostic analyzers

• Identify growth opportunities within public hospitals, private hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare networks.

• Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

• Support tender processes for public hospitals, including documentation, pricing, and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Chemist Biologist

• Proficient English

• At least 15 years of commercial experience in IVD, medical devices, ideally with hematology products.

• Proven experience managing distributors and selling into public and private hospital environments.

• Strong understanding of tender processes, healthcare procurement, and regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel regionally and internationally as required.
