What you´ll do Spend approximately 8 months in three rotations, gaining hands-on experience across key HR functions while developing a broad understanding of Henkel's people strategy and business operations. Rotations may include, but are not limited to: HR business partnering, talent acquisition, learning development, diversity inclusion and total rewards. Key projects will evolve based on business and function need but will be focused on HR business partnering, talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and change management. Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to HR and business leadership. Develop the skills and business acumen necessary to succeed in future Human Resources leadership roles.
