We are hiring a Senior Project & Business Transformation Manager to lead the company's business transformation agenda, ensuring that our systems and processes keep pace with business growth. The role reports to the Managing Director and requires strong business acumen and proven technology project management skills. This role identifies areas where the business infrastructure needs to improve, prioritize initiatives based on business goals, manage resource planning, conduct stakeholder management and ensure technology solutions are delivered and adopted effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Business Planning
Identify operational bottlenecks, capacity constraints and foundational needs required to support business growth
Develop and maintain a forward-looking view of business readiness, and present findings and recommendations to Managing Director
Translate business objectives into a prioritized business infrastructure initiatives
Portfolio and Project Leadership
Own the company's business infrastructure project portfolio, including prioritization, sequencing, resourcing and scope decisions, within agreed budget and governance limits
Oversee the delivery of key initiatives such as ERP, WMS, e-tax, process automation and other business systems
Ensure new systems and processes are successfully adopted and deliver measurable business results
Work closely with Managing Director and all department heads to align priorities
Process Improvement and Automation
Drive process optimization and automation across departments to improve efficiency, accuracy and control
Establish system-based controls and governance for processes affecting finance, inventory and compliance, in partnership with the relevant process owners
Identify and deliver automation and AI use cases across departments, with appropriate data governance and PDPA compliance
Vendor and Budget Management
Lead vendor selection, negotiation and performance management for systems and technology partners
Prepare business cases and manage the department's project budget
People Leadership
Lead, coach and develop a small team of project coordinators and developers
Build team capability and independent decision-making within the department
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement or IT project management, including at least 3 years in a management role
Proven experience leading ERP, WMS, OMS or similar enterprise system implementations and improvements from a business perspective, including vendor selection and management
Strong interest and ability in using automation, low-code and AI tools for suitable applications
Hands-on experience in change management, user training and data migration for enterprise system rollouts
Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and build cost-benefit cases
Sufficient technical understanding to evaluate solutions and technology risks
Experience in multi-channel retail, e-commerce, FMCG or consumer products
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
Excellent Thai and good business English, written and spoken
