工作內容

• 協助製作烘培西點
• 負責洗、剝、削、切各種食材，以完成烹飪的前置工作
• 維護內場環境衛生
• 旺季需配合加班
• 一頭班
• 接受管理培訓
• 參與設計及研發甜點

• Assist and help in baked goods production
• Treat and process ingredients by wash, peel, chop, cut all raw materials for preparation
• Maintain kitchen sanitation
• Responsible for training & managing the kitchen
• Develop new desserts in line with Heritage's brand

具備條件

• 具備西點烘焙的專業知識及三年以上經驗
• 對烘焙有高度熱誠興趣並且具有責任感
• 熱心開朗活潑.能獨立作業也能夠配合團體
• 樂於接受新事物及良好溝通能力
• 衛生習慣良好
• 需重視品質

• Must have more than 3 years of baking experience as well as professional baking knowledge
• Passion for baking and high sense of responsibility
• Positive attitude and can work independently as well as in group
• Open-minded for new things and good communication skill
• Have good personal hygiene
• Have high standard for quality
