- Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent, authentic branding that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with external parties, including partners, cultural organisations, venues, suppliers, and potential collaborators.
- Support business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand reach, partnerships, and student enrolment.
- Provide flexible operational, administrative, and HR support as needed, including day-to-day coordination and process improvement.
- Act as a trusted internal partner (executive assistant-style support) to the leadership team on projects, scheduling, and prioritisation when required.
- Collaborate across cultures and nationalities, leveraging experience in multicultural environments to strengthen internal teamwork and external engagement.
- Contribute creatively and strategically to overall brand growth and studio operations.
Requirements

- Solid background spanning marketing, operations, HR, administration, business development, and executive support.
- Strong track record in developing business relations with external parties and a natural flair for influencing and building rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Hands-on experience creating social media content, particularly short-form video/reels, and managing multi-platform digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional Chinese language ability is an advantage given our focus on traditional Chinese arts.
- Genuine interest in or appreciation for Chinese traditional music, culture, or the arts is highly preferred.
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays as deemed necessary to support events, content production, performances, or other business needs.
