Patient Chart Manager (1 FT positions)
Fast growing and employee friendly, with an exciting opportunity for a full-time Patient Chart Manager in our Hershey, PA location., Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
The main duty of this position is to communicate with various insurance companies/plans and our patients in order to provide them with our services.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare work orders
- Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans
- Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services
- Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately
- Exercise knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients
- Assure flow of service
- Complete other duties as assigned

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

- High school graduate
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical code is a plus
