💷 Pay Rates

• England: – Norfolk / Derbyshire / Cumbria: £14.50 – £17.00 per hour
• – Cornwall: £15.00 – £17.50 per hour
• – West & East Sussex: £15.50 – £18.00 per hour
• – Buckinghamshire: £16.00 – £19.00 per hour
• – Walsall: £15.00 – £17.50 per hour
• – Brent (London): £18.00 – £21.00 per hour
• Wales: – Wrexham / Powys / Ceredigion: £14.50 – £17.00 per hour
• Scotland: – Stirling / Paisley: £15.50 – £18.50 per hour

Rates vary by client, experience, shift pattern, and overtime. PAYE, Ltd and Umbrella options available.

🕒 Shift Patterns:

• Early starts (typical council routes)
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend work available (optional)
• Full-time, ongoing & seasonal contracts
• Long-term placements with local councils

✅ Driver Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence
• Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph
• Maximum 6 points (no DR or DD)
• Council / refuse experience helpful but not essential
• Reliable, safety-focused, professional approach
