HHC- West Helena- Weekend Store Cleaner -Part-time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Weekend Store Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and associates. The Cleaner will be responsible for general cleaning and upkeep of the store, including sales floor areas, restrooms, break areas, offices, entrances, and other assigned areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the store.

• Dust and wipe down shelves, counters, displays, fixtures, and other surfaces.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and fixtures.

• Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the store.

• Clean and maintain break rooms and employee areas.

• Clean entrances, doors, windows, and other high-traffic areas as needed.

• Maintain clean and presentable customer areas throughout the shift.

• Clean up spills and other messes promptly to help maintain a safe environment.

• Replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.

• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning products and equipment.

• Report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to management.

• Assist with additional cleaning projects or duties as assigned.

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while working around customers and associates.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable and have good attendance.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

• Must be able to work weekends consistently.

• Must be able to safely use basic cleaning equipment and supplies.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods.

• Ability to push or pull cleaning equipment.

• Must be able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
