Hi Skill (Out bound calling)
Candidate has to outbound 40 calls per day ( mandatory) any lesser number will
be entitled for half day payout for the candidate.
Candidate should be minimum 12th Pass ( undergraduate). Original mark sheet
will be required at the time of joining.
Fresher applying should have Aadhar seeded with a nationalized bank account
& should not have worked previously anywhere in NAPS.
Experience is considered for those who have min. 6 months BPO experience on
paper.
Candidate should have excellent typing speed of 25 WPM.
Candidate should have good communication skills. ( Skill 4 & above).
It will be 9 hours of shift ( Working window – Morning 7 AM to Night 9 PM).
Rotational shifts for Male candidate on the above mentioned working window.
Salary offered will be Rs.20,500/-CTC P.M. (19,000 in-hand without PF) to
experience candidates & 15000 stipend(in-hand) will be provided to fresher
candidates.
