Summary: We are looking for a candidate that is positive, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and can lead a quality staff. This is a unique opportunity to join the Highlands Ventures LLC team at our Mulligans Restaurant located at Highlands Golf Course at Hidden Valley, in the beautiful Laurel Highlands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Greets guests, presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food, drink, and/or service
  • Relays order to kitchen and serves courses, ensuring the orders are correct when delivered
  • Observes patrons to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meals/drinks have been completed
  • Totals bill and accepts payment or refer the patron to cashier
  • Assists in clearing and resetting tables at the conclusion of service
  • Other duties that may be assigned by superiors
