We're looking for a results-oriented Hair Consultant who thrives under sales targets and knows how to turn conversations into closed sales! This role suits someone competitive, numbers-driven, and used to being measured on performance ~

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' beauty concerns through consultation

• Match clients to the most suitable treatments, products and packages

• Maintain strong client relationships to support long-term retention

• Proactively follow up with clients post-treatment

• Consistently work towards, and aim to exceed, individual and team sales KPIs
