High-Level Video Editor

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor who can independently produce high-quality, engaging content using existing video assets. The ideal candidate has advanced editing skills, a strong eye for aesthetics, and the initiative to develop fresh content ideas without needing constant direction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality, engaging video content using existing assets.
- Proactively develop content ideas and identify opportunities to create new videos.
- Research current social media trends, particularly on Instagram, to create fresh and attention-grabbing content.
- Apply professional color correction, typography, transitions, and motion graphics to ensure polished outputs.
- Incorporate AI tools and other advanced editing techniques to improve content quality and workflow.
- Ensure consistent visual quality, including proper lighting, natural skin tones, and balanced colors.
- Follow written instructions accurately and maintain organized files using proper naming conventions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably with a strong portfolio of high-quality video projects.
- Advanced video editing skills (not limited to basic editing or Canva).
- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, color grading, typography, and design principles.
- Experience with motion graphics and AI-powered editing tools.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and create content with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Instagram trends and social media content formats.
- Excellent written English comprehension and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow file management and naming conventions.
