About the Role
Phoenix Education is a rapidly expanding tutoring provider in Sydney, seeking an enthusiastic Secondary English Tutor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with high school students and is committed to delivering meaningful academic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured English lessons on a weekly basis
- Review and provide feedback on student writing, including essays and assignments
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching where required
- Support additional academic or classroom-related tasks as directed
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine interest in teaching and supporting student development
- Currently studying or completed a degree in Education, Arts, or a related discipline
- Experience teaching English at a secondary school level (preferred)
- Receptive to feedback and motivated to continuously improve
