The Archdiocese of Indianapolis invites applications for the position of President of Roncalli High School, beginning with the 2027–2028 school year.The President serves as the chief executive officer of Roncalli High School and, in consultation with the Board, provides strategic leadership for advancement, enrollment, finance, facilities, marketing, and community engagement while fostering relationships that strengthen the mission of Roncalli High School.

To ensure a seamless leadership transition, the successful candidate will be available for employment sometime between March 1, 2027 to July 1, 2027. This intentional transition period will provide opportunities to work alongside the current leadership team, build meaningful relationships throughout the Roncalli community, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the school's mission, culture, and strategic priorities before assuming full leadership responsibilities on July 1, 2027.

Inspired by the life and witness of Saint John XXIII, Roncalli is recognized throughout Indiana for its unwavering commitment to Catholic identity, academic excellence, servant leadership, and the formation of students who are prepared to lead lives of faith, purpose, and service.

Located on the south side of Indianapolis, Roncalli High School serves over 1,100 students with families from parishes throughout central Indiana. The school enjoys a long-standing tradition of academic excellence, vibrant faith formation, championship athletics, outstanding fine arts programs, and meaningful service to the Church and community. Roncalli High School is accredited by the State of Indiana and through Lumen Accreditation at The Catholic University of America.The school has been recognized four times as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the U.S. Department of Education.

Applicants must be practicing Roman Catholics in good standing with the Church and demonstrate a joyful commitment to Catholic education and servant leadership. Preferred candidates will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills; experience in strategic planning and organizational leadership; and a successful record of advancement, enrollment management, finance, fundraising, or executive leadership. A master's degree and/or comparable executive leadership experience is preferred.
