Main responsibilities
Responsible for the sales process, customer interaction and sales profitability
Identify and create the sales portfolio
Pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation – gather market intelligence
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable service and solution recommendations
Conduct presentations to potential customers
Negotiate contracts and close the sales successfully
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
Interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of the solutions
Continuously assesses and improves sales tactics based on feedback and result
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the company
Stay updated on product/ service knowledge and sales techniques through continuous training
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts using CRM software
Purpose of the role - As a key part of the sales team, the purpose of the role is to build impactful new customer relationships in the field and deliver tailored solutions to meet the customer needs
Desired education, experience & background
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Experience of B2B sales activities in the service business, preferably industry-related knowledge already
Experience in data-led tracking, reporting and development
Experience in understanding the customer needs and pain points
Experience in building the value proposition
Experience in justifying the value of the service and tackle “price-only” discussions
Sales technics certifications are an advantage
Skills (Core, People & Technical)
Strong and effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Willing to learn new things
Ability to work independently and as a part of the sales team
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
A valid driver’s license
Language Requirements
