High Velocity Enablement Lead
You will support New Business and Sales Development/SMB leaders with enablement needs, from content creation and training delivery to analytics. You will build and deliver role-specific programs, curriculum, job aids, and assessments; partner with field leadership; align activities with launches and events; use enablement tools; and measure program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Support New Business and Sales Development/SMB organizations with enablement needs, including content, training delivery, and analytics.
- Develop and lead enablement programs that equip high-velocity representatives and leaders with content, resources, tools, and training.
- Partner with global field leadership to identify needs, build plans, and tailor content for specific teams and markets.
- Build enablement content covering product knowledge, skill development, onboarding, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with content teams and subject-matter experts to develop role-specific training and curriculum.
- Align enablement activities with product releases, customer meetings, campaigns, and trade shows.
- Use Salesforce, Cornerstone, Gong, and other tools to deliver training and identify support gaps.
- Equip field teams with AI best practices for account research, tiering, and messaging.
- Develop seller training job aids, supporting materials, and assessments.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of enablement investments and programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve learning experiences and program-delivery techniques.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in software sales, new business/sales development, or enablement.
- Ability to meet due dates and execute impactful projects.
- Experience building relationships with sales leaders and their teams.
- Software sales or sales enablement experience, preferably in DevOps and/or Open Source.
- Knowledge of sales training technology, methodologies, and enablement practices.
- Experience using AI tools for content development, program design, and ideation.
- Experience preparing, developing, and executing sales effectiveness strategies, tactics, and action plans.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to varied audiences.
- Ability to influence field professionals and management.
- Written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Project management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to use GitLab.
