TITLE: High Voltage Charging Conformance Validation Engineer

DUTIES: Develop and perform validation test plans and procedures for electric vehicle charging system. Utilize CAN/Power-line communication (PLC) based testing tools and other electrical testing equipment in an electrical lab atmosphere to test and troubleshoot the charging system to ensure compliance to industrial charging standards. Work with design release engineers, software/hardware engineer and program team to ensure designs are robust to charging requirements, meet exact function, and are compliant to the standards. Report testing status as needed and document test failures in the issue management system. Perform initial triage of failures to determine which component in the system is not following specifications. Follow open issues through closure to ensure they are fully resolved via iterative validation process.
