Higher-Skilled (R1) Construction Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay, pull, and route electrical cables through conduits, cable trays, and trenches according to blueprints.
• Perform cable jointing, termination, and glanding for low and high-voltage systems.
• Conduct continuity and insulation testing of installed cables.
• Ensure all works comply with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid R1 Status (Higher Skilled) under the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) or Ministry of Manpower (MOM) criteria.
• Must possess relevant certifications such as SEC(K), CoreTrade, Multi-Skilling.
• Valid Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) pass.
• Ability to read and interpret single-line drawings and schematics.
