HIL Automation Engineer

At SATVEN MÉXICO, we are hiring!!! we are looking for:

HIL AUTOMATION Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Eng, Aerospace Eng, Electrical Eng, Mechatronics Eng, Computer Science, Embedded Systems or related
• Advance English (C1/Fluent)
• Able to work onsite Tecnoparque, Mexico City
• Testing Experience
• Proficient in Python (MATLAB/ Simulink desirable)
• HIL Platform Expertise: hardware and software ecosystems (dSPACE, National Instruments, Vector or Typhoon HIL)
• Communication Protocols: CAN (CAN FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, FlexRay desirable)
• Standards and Tools: ASAM XIL API (desirable)

At least 3 Years of experience in:

• HIL Design and Configuration: develop, maintain and upgrade hardware HIL, test bench architectures and electrical interfaces
• Plant Modeling: Create, configure and calibrate real time simulation models that replicate the physical behaviour of sensors, actuators and enviroments
• Test Automation: Write robust, reusable automation scripts and sequences for function validation, regression atesting and automated fault injection
• Analysis and Debugging: analyze, data logs, diagnose root causes of ECU/controller failure and generate comprehensive automated test reports
• CI/CD Integration: Collaborate with software teams to integrate HIL test benches into CI/CD
