HIRC RCC MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee banquet operations from setup through event completion
• Lead, train, and develop banquet team members
• Coordinate event execution with Sales, Catering, Culinary, and Operations teams
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor controls
• Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of concerns
• Maintain company, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of banquet, hospitality, catering, hotel, or event management experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
