Hirer Marketing Lead
About the role
Reporting to the Country Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager (Acquisition) will be responsible for managing and supporting all activities related to branding, marketing, digital engagement, partnerships, and market development, with a primary focus on acquiring new customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive customer acquisition marketing strategy based on deep insights into the business, customers, competitors, and the marketing funnel.
- Analyze business data to identify growth opportunities and create marketing initiatives to drive incremental growth in new customers.
- Implement coordinated acquisition, lead generation, product usage, and retention programs and events based on a regional framework.
- Lead key marketing campaigns to strengthen the hirer brand and optimize digital marketing strategies for search and content marketing.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution & delivery of marketing strategies and achievement of marketing objectives.
- Degree: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Experience in end-to-end brand/category management with P&L responsibility is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive, hands-on problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and can turn ideas into reality, persevering where others may falter.
- Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding and experience in advertising/marketing communications concepts and campaign management, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Innovation: Passionate about initiating new ideas to push the boundaries in delivering marketing results and pursuing insights.
- Project Management: Capable of handling overlapping projects and managing priorities.
- Skills: Strong critical reasoning, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.
- Leadership: Ability to lead multiple projects, both tactical and strategic, while meeting time and budgetary deadlines.
