M1 Global is looking for a driven and detail-oriented SOC Analyst who understands that security is critical to operational success. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be at the center of physical security operations—monitoring alarms, coordinating incident response, supporting crisis management efforts, and helping protect high-profile environments through proactive security operations and real-time decision-making.

As part of the Security Operations Center, you’ll work alongside dynamic teams to identify threats, streamline security processes, and ensure rapid, effective responses to incidents. What You’ll Do

System Monitoring: Monitor multiple security access control systems.

? System Verification: Verify that all site security devices are functional and visible from the SOC.

? Access Control and Intrusion Audits: Conduct audits of access control and intrusion detection alarm points to confirm they are functioning correctly.

? Site Support: Provide operational support to all sites as they undergo commissioning for site operations.

Incident Response: Detect unfavorable security situations, dispatch appropriate personnel, and make proper notifications to management.

Alarm Management: Monitor and acknowledge all activated alarms, dispatching security officers as needed, and meeting performance criteria.

Reporting and Logging:

? Complete reporting notifications for all incidents.

? Update necessary internal systems and log daily activities.

Audits and Compliance: Perform, evidence, and support all necessary tasks for audits.

Video Surveillance:

? Monitor cameras and perform quarterly scheduled audits of video archives for compliance.

? Review video for self-reported incidents.

Evidence Collection: Collect and provide evidence for compliance audits and internal audit findings

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required (coursework in Criminal Justice, Security, or related fields preferred)
• Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC), command center, dispatch, alarm monitoring, or physical security environment required
• Knowledge of access control systems, intrusion detection systems, CCTV/video surveillance platforms, and security procedures
• Strong situational awareness, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional during high-priority incidents
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
