Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the overall day-to-day operations of the company.
Take overall responsibility for operational planning, execution, and performance across business functions.
Monitor and coordinate multiple outlets and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
Oversee manpower planning, staff deployment, and operational workforce requirements.
Monitor operational costs, budgets, sales performance, and resource utilisation.
Work closely with Directors and Management on business planning, operational strategies, and company objectives.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure effective cross-functional operations.
Ensure outlets and business operations comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Identify operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions and process improvements.
Monitor service standards, customer satisfaction, and overall outlet performance.
Manage and support outlet managers and operational teams to achieve business and performance targets.
Support new outlet openings, business expansion, and other operational projects as required.
Liaise with landlords, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and other external stakeholders where necessary.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates and recommendations to Management.
Undertake any other operational and management responsibilities assigned by the Director.
The position is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of the company’s operations and ensuring that all operational functions are effectively coordinated and aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
