TEAM Strategy
Location: Mumbai
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential Assistant Manager to join our Strategy team. The AM would be responsible for the development and execution of strategy initiatives aimed at strengthening channel performance, driving growth, enhancing productivity, and improving overall operating efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic decision-making
Track key performance metrics such as productivity, activation, persistency, channel profitability, and improving the product mix
Build and maintain advanced Excel models, dashboards, and financial/operational analyses
Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews and strategy discussions
MBA FROM TOP B SCHOOL IS MUST
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Excellent PowerPoint skills with strong visual storytelling and structuring abilities
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Clear and confident written and verbal communication
Ability to work with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
Strong business acumen and eye for detail.
