Hiring For F&A - Accounts Payable Lead (Hyderabad) Company: Launchio Consulting Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 7+ years Role Overview Looking for experienced AP Lead to manage end-to-end finance process transitions into a newly established GCC in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end AP transitions and process migrations. Manage Knowledge Transfer (KT), SOPs, and process documentation. Coordinate with global stakeholders and existing service providers. Monitor transition timelines, risks, SLAs, and KPIs. Ensure process compliance, quality, and operational readiness. Manage hypercare, stabilization, and BAU handover. Drive process improvement, automation, and transition governance. Mandatory Skills 7+ years of Finance & Accounting experience. Solid expertise in either Accounts Payable (AP) Hands-on experience in process transitions or migrations. GCC / GBS / BPO / Shared Services experience. Knowledge of SAP / Oracle, SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Note: AP expertise is sufficient; experience in both is not mandatory. .
