Summary
DevOps role (Pune) focused on cloud integrations and hands-on troubleshooting across AWS and Azure using Terraform, plus identity work (Active Directory, Okta/IAM) and MDM/IDP integrations, with exposure to LLM-based/Agentic AI and MCP. Customer-facing: supports enterprise client environments with occasional travel.

Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and the ability to independently perform
cloud integrations and configurations.
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure, with the ability to independently
troubleshoot and perform integrations.
• Good understanding of Active Directory (AD) and User/Group management
concepts in Okta or other Cloud/IAM platforms.
• Ability to quickly learn and work with MDM and IDP integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently debug and resolve
issues after initial ramp-up.
• Comfortable working with customer environments, understanding integration
issues, and taking end-to-end ownership of technical troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on technical troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with Agentic AI, LLM-based applications, and MCP (Model Context
Protocol).
• Strong understanding of systems and applications, including:
➢ Operating Systems (Windows, Mac)
➢ Applications & Services
➢ Networking
➢ System Integrations
➢ Logs & Monitoring
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and technical
stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when require
