Key Skills & Experience

• Strong background in IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments, with the ability to understand risks, controls, governance requirements, and business objectives across both domains.
• Proven experience in Information Security Assurance (ISA), Project Assurance, and Risk Management, ensuring effective oversight, risk identification, and mitigation throughout project lifecycles.
• Demonstrated excellence in project management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive successful delivery outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to lead discussions involving business, technology, security, and operational teams, driving alignment and informed decision-making.
• Strong capability to simplify complex technical, risk, and governance concepts into clear, concise, and actionable messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready updates, assurance reports, risk assessments, and status communications.
• Skilled at tailoring communications to different audiences, providing the appropriate level of detail while maintaining clarity and impact.
• Demonstrated leadership, facilitation, and influencing skills, with a track record of navigating complex stakeholder environments and achieving consensus.
