HIRING: Luxury Retail Store Supervisor

📍 Location: Orchard, Singapore

💰 Basic Salary: 3,500–4,500/month

🍽️ Meal Allowance: $150/month

🗓️ Working Days: 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays

⏰ Working Hours: 44 hours per week (retail schedule)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Achieve personal sales targets and lead the team towards overall store targets.

• Train, coach and evaluate retail staff.

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.

• Promote the brand and maintain excellent product knowledge.

• Ensure high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.

• Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.

• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience.

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.

• Strong sales and customer service skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Responsible, reliable and organised.

• Able to manage and motivate a retail team.

• Basic computer knowledge.
